Operations Service Director-Restaurants

The Operations Services Director is a newly created, multi-concept leadership role designed to elevate service standards and develop high-performing hospitality teams as the organization continues to grow. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position that rotates across concepts and is present when service happens, including evenings, brunches, weekends, and special events. The OSD will spend 4–5 shifts per week on the floor observing service execution, identifying training and skill gaps, coaching teams and leaders, and modeling exceptional hospitality. This person is not fill-in management or scheduled coverage, but rather a keen observer, natural teacher, and trusted partner who understands the details that separate good service from truly exceptional service.

The ideal candidate brings a strong fine dining and high-volume restaurant background, ideally with experience across multiple concepts or 5+ years of successful General Manager leadership. They naturally command respect, hold high standards, and can flex their leadership style across different restaurant concepts and teams. In addition to their floor presence, the OSD will dedicate time each week to training materials, onboarding, leadership development, and service strategy while partnering closely with GMs and Service Managers. Success is ultimately measured by how well teams execute when the OSD is not in the room—developing leaders and frontline employees who independently pursue excellence while embodying the organization’s values of harmony, personal responsibility, and efficiency.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
