Operations Site Manager ( Rang sit )

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution center operations at the Rang sit Distribution Center, covering Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Last Mile operations.

• Plan, supervise, and optimize daily operations across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Last Mile functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Continuously develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead and manage a large operational team of approximately 100–150 staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, effective stock control, and efficient movement of goods throughout the distribution center.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics, Last Mile delivery teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Control operational costs, budgets, manpower, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of business targets.
• Ensure all operations comply with company safety, quality standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics operations, with substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations and teams of 100 or more personnel.
• Strong hands-on experience in Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, and Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse and distribution processes, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse KPIs, SLAs, and logistics processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex operational situations.
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets, manpower, and resources efficiently.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international supervisors and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of warehouse safety, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Experience in the logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL industry is an advantage.
