  • Has a strong understanding of distribution, logistics and operational processes.
  • Has proven experience driving process improvement and leading operational change initiatives.
  • Can analyse operational, customer and commercial data to identify trends, solve problems and drive performance improvements.
  • Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills and can successfully coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Is customer-focused, proactive, highly organised and comfortable managing escalations and competing priorities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within IT distribution, technology or other technical environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, ERP or analytics tools such as Qlik.
  • Experience implementing Lean methodologies, automation or operational excellence programmes.
  • Experience working closely with IT teams to deliver system and process improvements.
