主な業務内容
- クライアント経営陣との戦略議論・提案
- KPIツリーおよび運用設計
- 営業プロセス・ファネル設計
- マーケティング戦略設計
- カスタマーサクセス設計
- 人事制度・組織設計
- プロジェクトマネジメント
求める経験（いずれか）
- 事業会社での営業・事業開発・経営企画の実務経験 3年以上
- コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
- スタートアップでのハンズオン事業推進経験
- 営業 / マーケティング / CS / 人事のいずれかの専門領域での経験
求める志向性
- 「成長企業の裏方として、数字を動かしたい」という想い
- 領域を問わず、4領域を横断的に学ぶ意欲
- 経営者と対峙して議論できる胆力
- 数字と論理で議論ができる素養
