We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations as we scale globally.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn - no prior experience required. You’ll help with a mix of administrative tasks, customer support, and booking coordination, while also learning how operations work in a fast-growing startup.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Operations & administration

– Support daily operational tasks across the company

– Help keep things organized and running smoothly

– Assist with internal processes and basic admin work

Bookings & coordination

– Assist with organizing dinner events and bookings

– Help manage participant lists and basic logistics

– Support coordination between customers and venues

General support

– Help the team wherever needed as this is a hands-on role

– Learn how operations work in a fast-paced startup

– Contribute ideas on how to improve processes over time

REQUIRMENTS

Essential:

– Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken)

– Highly organized and reliable

– Strong attention to detail

– Good communication skills

– Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

– Based in Ljubljana (or willing to work on-site)

– No previous experience required - we care more about mindset than background.
