The Role Toolad has an opening for a Operations Specialist supporting advertising, creative campaigns, social media, events, client service, audience engagement, and performance reporting. The person in this role will coordinate day-to-day workflows, records, schedules, and cross-team follow-up. This full-time position is 100% remote and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting advertising, creative campaigns, social media, events, client service, audience engagement, and performance reporting in the Operations Specialist role at Toolad.
• Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests as part of the Operations Specialist role at Toolad.
• Review workflow data for obvious exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner across creative advertising and campaign work in this Operations Specialist position.
• Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers for the Toolad team as part of Operations Specialist work.
• Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues while supporting creative advertising and campaign work in the Operations Specialist role at Toolad.
• Support process improvements that make routine work more accurate, timely, and consistent as part of day-to-day Operations Specialist responsibilities at Toolad.
