About the Role

Saray Stays is looking for an Operations Specialist to support the smooth daily operation of our hospitality properties and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle daily check-in and check-out processes.
• Conduct regular unit inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the required standards.
• Follow up on housekeeping activities and ensure housekeeping compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.

Compensation

Salary: 10,000 – 12,000 EGP + KPIs
