Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and order processing for assigned affiliates, ensuring timely submissions, accurate SAP processing and resolution of EDI-related issues.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, affiliates and freight forwarders on sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipment adjustments and urgent orders.
• Monitor supply status and provide timely updates to affiliates and suppliers, ensuring shipments are planned and executed in accordance with Incoterms and monthly order schedules.
• Handle daily operational, logistics and order fulfilment matters, resolving routine issues promptly and escalating complex or critical matters to management.
• Support and participate in departmental process improvement initiatives.
• Provide backup support to designated team members to ensure smooth business continuity within the Operations Team.
• Work closely with the Supply and Planning Team within the Procurement & Supply Department to support operational requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and VBA) and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of shipping Incoterms
