Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage orders from initiation to fulfilment to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Inventory management of vouchers: forecast, purchase, expiry, extensions and reporting Lead forecast report on a weekly basis for purchase of vouchers
• Reconcile and balance inventory of vouchers on a monthly basis
• Monitor the accuracy and correctness of vouchers uploaded and approve them on system
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely fulfilment and assist the customer support team to address customer queries, feedback and complaints.
• Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their operational needs and address any challenges.

• You have about 4-6 years of work experience, demonstrating the qualities we require for you to be a good fit
• You are a hustler. You are resourceful. You get the job done!Core skills for this role are
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel (basic data analytics, charts, pivot tables, lookups, and other formula creation for data analysis and comparison)
• Familiarity with work/communication tools like Trello, Google Suite, XERO or similar
• Resourcefulness in acquiring information for better forecasting and inventory management
• Pre-Requisite: Fluent in spoken and written English
• Poly Diploma or ‘A’ Levels and above
