📍 Position: Operations Specialist

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or any related hospitality course.

Work Experience:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including customer service, kitchen coordination, inventory management, and daily operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in handling day-to-day operations.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen procedures.
• Proficient in sales reporting, inventory monitoring, and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and operational workflows.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor sales performance.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
