Sanosis is an India-based company currently developing payment-related products and operational solutions for the Indian market.
Our current project is in the early development and operational setup stage, so some company and product information has not yet been publicly released. Our official website and other public materials are also currently under development. More information about the project and position will be introduced during the interview process.
Position
User Operations Specialist
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: USD 1,500/month
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: USD 25/month
- KPI Bonus: Up to USD 300/month
- Days Off: 4 days/month
- Work Arrangement: Remote / WFH
- Future Dubai Opportunity: If both the employee and the company consider the performance and working relationship to be a good fit, on-site work in Dubai may be arranged at a later stage. Compensation and benefits for the Dubai position will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
Requirements
- Nationality: Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, Thailand, or Malaysia only
- Age: 22–37
- Male and female applicants welcome
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Comfortable with computers and common office tools
- Own a Windows computer and have a stable internet connection
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- No previous payment-industry experience required
Responsibilities
- Monitor user and business activities and report abnormalities
- Review orders and related documents
- Research and test products and collect relevant information
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and training materials
- Identify operational issues and potential risks
- Support daily operations and process improvements
Working Hours
- 12 working hours per day
- Approximately 1 hour of break time
- Working hours may be arranged according to operational needs
- Night shifts are required
Training & Evaluation
No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.
The first 15 days will be used for training and performance evaluation. Detailed terms and conditions will be clearly explained before joining.
