Operations Specialist

• Handle and monitor collections, disbursements, and other financial transactions related to daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cash reports, liquidation reports, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Verify invoices, receipts, purchase requests, and other documents before processing payments or reimbursements.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding financial transactions, discrepancies, and required documentation.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure that expenditures are within approved budgets.
• Maintain organized and confidential records of financial and operational documents.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Immediately report any cash shortages, discrepancies, irregularities, or questionable transactions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting Information technology
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
