Operations Specialist Role

Warehouse & Fabrication

• Pull, verify, package, and prepare materials for customer orders.
• Assist with fabrication and product assembly as assigned.
• Keep inventory, tools, equipment, and materials organized.
• Monitor supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse, shipping, and fabrication areas.
• Prepare materials and work areas for upcoming jobs.

Deliveries

• Load and secure materials safely, checking products and quantities before departure.
• Deliver materials safely and professionally.
• Keep company vehicles clean and organized.
• Report vehicle, trailer, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Return delivery paperwork and communicate relevant customer or delivery information to the office.

Skills & Qualifications

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, check completed work, and ask questions when needed.
• Initiative to recognize what needs to be done and stay productive between assignments.
• Willingness to move between warehouse, delivery, fabrication, and office responsibilities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and materials.
• Basic computer skills, including email, electronic files, and PDF documents.
• Clear communication skills and a professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a small team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company delivery vehicles safely.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Welding experience is a major plus, particularly experience with steel fabrication and assembly.

Preferred Experience

Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, deliveries, fabrication, construction, or HVAC-related work is helpful.

Work Environment

This position combines active warehouse and fabrication work, customer deliveries, and computer-based office tasks. Daily assignments vary based on customer orders and company priorities.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
