About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Specialist (Deployment) to lead end-to-end deployment operations across client locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing deployments, coordinating with malls and commercial properties, managing operational documentation, ensuring SOP compliance, and resolving on-ground challenges.

This role requires an individual who can take ownership of field operations, make quick decisions under pressure, and effectively coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, clients, and mall authorities to ensure smooth and timely deployments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments across multiple client locations.
• Ensure timely movement, installation, commissioning, and handover of robots/equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and site representatives to meet deployment timelines.
• Monitor deployment progress and proactively address execution challenges.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, verify, and maintain all deployment-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of deployed assets, inventory movement, and deployment status.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and audit ready.

3. Mall & Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for malls and commercial properties during deployment.
• Coordinate with mall management for:
• Work permits
• Access permissions
• Vendor registrations
• Safety documentation
• Deployment scheduling
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure all approvals are received before deployment.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, facility teams, and mall authorities.

4. SOP & Operational Excellence

• Execute deployments strictly in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and operational processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting best practices and lessons learned.

5. Problem Solving & Decision Making

• Identify deployment bottlenecks and operational risks before they impact execution.
• Make timely and effective decisions during critical on-site situations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics, technical, or documentation issues.
• Escalate critical concerns with clear analysis and practical recommendations.

6. Reporting & Operational Tracking

• Maintain daily deployment reports, deployment trackers, and status updates.
• Track inventory movement, deployment milestones, and pending activities.
• Prepare deployment summaries and post-deployment reports for management review.
• Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and completion of updates to stakeholders.

7. Travel & Field Operations

• Travel extensively across India for deployment, commissioning, maintenance support, and operational activities.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites and commercial locations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between headquarters and on-site teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline ( Mandatory )
• MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management ( Preferred )

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in:
• Operations
• Deployment
• Field Execution
• Logistics
• Project Coordination
• Supply Chain Operations

Required Skills

Technical & Operational

• Strong understanding of deployment operations and field execution.
• Experience with operational documentation (E-Way Bills, Challans, Delivery Notes, Asset Transfers, etc.).
• Inventory tracking and asset management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
