We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Driver Support to join our Command Center team and help monitor driver activity, provide real-time operational guidance, manage escalations, and support overall supply availability.

About the Role

As an Operations Specialist – Driver Support, you will monitor driver activity in real time and help ensure that drivers remain productive, safe, and compliant with Xpress policies and app rules.

You will work closely with the Command Center Shift Supervisor, Operations Supervisors, Head of Operations, and Marketing Team to address idle/offline drivers, low-coverage areas, routing concerns, behavioural issues, and other operational situations.

This is a fast-paced, real-time operations role suited for someone who is analytical, decisive, comfortable working with multiple screens and systems, and able to communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Real-Time Driver Monitoring

• Monitor live driver activity, including idle, offline, hiding, and low-coverage situations.
• Identify operational concerns that may affect driver productivity and service availability.
• Recognize potential signs of driver fatigue or burnout and escalate appropriately.

Driver Support & Operational Guidance

• Provide real-time guidance to drivers based on demand and coverage conditions.
• Recommend optimal operating zones based on available demand signals.
• Assist with routing and other operational concerns.
• Help drivers remain productive, safe, and compliant.

Compliance & Behaviour Monitoring

• Monitor driver behaviour and potential violations of company policies and app rules.
• Document and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Ensure driver interactions are handled fairly, professionally, and consistently.

Escalation & Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations Supervisors on driver and operational escalations.
• Ensure escalations are accurate, complete, and raised within the required timeframe.
• Work with Marketing and Operations teams during supply and demand initiatives.

Reporting

• Prepare accurate daily shift reports.
• Monitor and document key operational activities and interventions.
• Ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Other Duties

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Command Center.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in operations, command center, dispatch, fleet operations, BPO, logistics, transportation, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good map and geographic awareness.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, firm, professional, and respectful.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable monitoring multiple activities and handling several concerns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of driver or delivery-partner behaviour is a plus.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
