Operations Specialist-Field Support

The Role

We are looking for a Field Operations / Field Support Specialist to support our Field Partner Agents (FPAs) throughout their onboarding, day-to-day operations, and offboarding. You will coordinate closely with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure concerns are resolved efficiently and processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FPA onboarding, including contracts, requirements, device/app setup, and endorsement to Supervisors.
• Monitor and resolve field support requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Manage FPA offboarding, including device returns, account deactivation, and final payout coordination.
• Maintain accurate FPA records, trackers, and operational reports.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Provide timely support to FPAs, Supervisors, and Area Managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations support, coordination, HR operations, or BPO back-office roles.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-volume work.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; Jira experience is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Experience in collections, lending, fintech, or startup environments is an advantage.
