Responsibilities

• Handle operational and administrative activities, including checking customer requests and monitoring trade and remittance products.
• Process foreign inward and outward remittances accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain daily MIS of transactions and reconcile daily transactions.
• Provide support for daily operations with a good working knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT 103, MT 202, MT 202 COV).
• Proactively acquire the necessary knowledge to support team activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters of Accounting and Finance, Bachelors/Masters of Commerce, or any degree in the banking and finance vertical.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters of Accounting and Finance, Bachelors/Masters of Commerce, or any related degree in the banking and finance domain.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in transaction processing for trade and remittances in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT messages.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in early shifts and a team-oriented mindset.
• Good command over computer skills, including MS Office.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
