Operations Specialist, Home Care Services

Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Specialist to support our Home Care Services team.

You will coordinate healthcare professionals, manage schedules, support service delivery, and ensure clients receive timely care services. You will work closely with nurses, healthcare professionals, clients, HR, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

• Coordinate and schedule healthcare professionals for client assignments
• Ensure services are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Manage schedule changes and support operational issues when needed
• Act as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals and clients

Workforce Support

• Work closely with HR and recruitment partners on onboarding and manpower needs
• Coordinate onboarding activities and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records of healthcare professionals

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure required licenses, certifications, and documents are up to date
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Support audits and compliance requirements when required

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with nurses and internal teams to support service delivery
• Coordinate with clients and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
• Escalate service issues and follow up on resolutions

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor operational performance and service fulfilment
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, scheduling, customer service, healthcare administration, or related fields
• Healthcare or home care experience is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
