Operations Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Staff to support our daily barge operations, documentation, reporting, and coordination with the Domestic Team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily shipment and barge operation reports.
• Prepare and organize operational and shipment documentation.
• Monitor checker activities and attendance at loading/unloading locations.
• Maintain and file all barge invoices and SKAB (Surat Keterangan Asal Barang) documents.
• Regularly update and submit barge status and operational reports to the Domestic Team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure smooth barge operations.
• Ensure all operational documents and reports are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Shipping Management, Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, shipping, or administration is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in coal, mining, or barge operations is an advantage.
• Good administrative, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work with operational teams and follow field requirements.
