Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply; internship experience in the production area of a manufacturing company is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Have basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with and interpret operational data.

• Able to understand production processes, analyze information, identify operational issues, and recognize opportunities for improvement.

• Proactive, with strong initiative and a sense of ownership in completing tasks.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Descriptions :

• Understand the company’s end-to-end production flow and operational processes across relevant functions.

• Monitor and support daily operational activities to ensure production processes run effectively and efficiently according to established procedures and targets.

• Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data to identify issues, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, data, and documentation.

• Coordinate and follow up on routine operational activities with related departments, and communicate progress, issues, and follow-up status to the Supervisor.

• Identify operational issues through observation and data analysis, provide supporting data for problem analysis, and escalate issues requiring further analysis or decision-making to the Supervisor.

• Monitor corrective actions assigned by the Supervisor and follow up on their progress.

• Identify potential process and operational improvement opportunities and provide data and information to support improvement initiatives.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor and document the implementation of approved improvements.

• Support various operational projects assigned by the Supervisor, including preparing required data and documentation, coordinating assigned activities, and reporting project progress and issues.

• Work closely with different teams to understand process flow and cross-functional operations.

• Build a strong understanding of the company’s production activities and business processes through hands-on experience.
