Operations Staff

About the role

This is a Barista position responsible for preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages, providing excellent customer service, and managing stock and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages
• Greet customers, prepare orders accurately, and explain the menu
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences and answer questions about products
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Process sales transactions accurately using system and handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Receive payments from clients and validate proof of payments
• Check sales orders before preparing orders and pick, pack and label orders accurately
• Conduct daily inventory count and ensure proper labeling, tagging and tracking of items
• Keep the workstation and stockroom area clean, organized and safe

About you

• Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in operations or administration
• Attention to details
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with excel or inventory systems
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Resident/Working Visa is an advantage
