BRANCH OPERATIONS STAFF – DAVAO

WORK IN ON SITE MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Job Summary:
The Branch Operations Staff assists in the day-to-day operations of our Davao office. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and willing to handle different office and branch responsibilities as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the Davao branch.
• If needed prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and other sales-related documents.
• Assist Sales personnel with documents, customer requests, and branch requirements.
• Keep branch files, records, permits, and important documents complete, updated, and properly organized.
• Monitor business permits, licenses, and government requirements, including annual renewals and deadlines.
• Assist in processing and coordinating permit renewals with the proper government offices.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding documents, approvals, supplies, payments, and other branch requirements.
• Receive, organize, scan, file, and properly maintain branch documents.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, receiving, and other branch transactions when necessary.
• Help ensure the office and branch are organized, clean, and operating properly.
• Maintain simple monitoring lists and reports for permits, documents, sales orders, and pending matters.
• Follow up unfinished transactions and make sure requirements are completed on time.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks needed for the smooth operation of the Davao branch.
