About the role

We are seeking an Operations Staff member to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. As Operations Staff, you will be at the heart of our customer-facing service delivery, managing client interactions, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring that our transport services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting the strategic objectives of Jugro Transport Int'l Phils Corp.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner

• Processing and coordinating transport bookings and shipment requests with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and operational activities

• Tracking and monitoring shipment status, providing regular updates to clients

• Resolving customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues where necessary

• Assisting with the scheduling and dispatch of transport services

• Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks and data entry

• Contributing to the maintenance of high customer service standards and company procedures

• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

What we're looking for

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a transport, logistics, or related industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients

• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational requirements

• Professional demeanour and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of transport operations, shipping procedures, or cargo handling is advantageous
