Operations Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Download, organize, process, and analyze electronic forms submitted through Jotform.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and per-cutoff reports.
• Monitor session cancellations, absences, attendance, and therapist leave records.
• Update the number of active clients and therapists.
• Process and monitor financial forms, session validations, and charge notices.
• Track therapist assessments, attendance, and program manager tasks.
• Monitor service inquiries and update client information.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain organized and updated records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle data and complete tasks within deadlines.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
