Operations Strategy Manager

As our Operations Strategy Manager, you will be a versatile business partner responsible for transforming strategic concepts, market insights, and financial analysis into actionable business plans and executive-level presentations. This role partners closely with leaders across FlatironDragados and affiliated ACS group companies to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop strategies that drive desired financial outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and evaluate business strategies that support organizational objectives, revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term financial performance.
• Conduct financial analyses, business modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making and investment.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and business risks.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to develop compelling business narratives, communicate complex concepts effectively, and influence strategic decisions across the enterprise.
• Synthesize complex business information into compelling, professional-quality presentations and business recommendations.
• Translates data, insights, and ideas into clear strategic direction and persuasive content for senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, investment analytics or related fields required.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, market research, and executive-level communications.
• Apply data analytics, AI capabilities, and innovative problem-solving techniques to uncover insights, improve decision-making, and communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create highly polished, professional presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives into actionable business recommendations.
• Role will be required to travel
