Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role oversees day-to-day store and back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflows across inventory, order processing, and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, monitoring performance, and implementing operational standards to maintain a premium brand experience. The Operations Supervisor tracks key operational metrics, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as sales, merchandising, and logistics. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies, handling escalated issues, and supporting the overall efficiency and reliability of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations supervision or coordination, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury goods.
• Strong skills in workflow management, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment with attention to detail.
• Competence in team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff coaching.
• Proficiency with basic business software and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP or POS tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, able to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in New Cairo or similar settings is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in fashion and alignment with WOROOD’s brand values in modest luxury design.
