Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• Lead and develop team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Drive results in safety, quality, productivity, food safety, and operational performance
• Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and daily shift priorities
• Coach employees, build engagement, and create a culture of accountability
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other teams to solve problems and improve performance
• Support employee training, onboarding, and development
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for developing people and driving results

Preferred

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance

Location & Schedule

• Based in Battle Creek, MI
• 2nd shift schedule (3pm-11pm)
• Approximately every other weekend required
