OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily branch or operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Monitor staff performance and service quality.
Handle operational issues and employee concerns.
Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in operations, retail, or a supervisory role.
Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of store operations, customer service, and basic marketing/promotions.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and reporting tools).
Ability to monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Willingness to travel to different branches when required.
