Operations Supervisor

Purpose of the role: Ensure the smooth daily operational running of the housekeeping service, guarantee the quality of services delivered, and enable the Manager to focus on commercial activities and overall management.

Main responsibilities:

1. Operational management

• Draw up and manage the weekly cleaner schedules
• Assign cleaners to clients according to skills, workload and priorities.
• Manage absences, lateness and replacements in real time.
• Supervise and oversee deep cleans (Airbnb, post-move-out, etc.).
• Handle the onboarding of new clients

2. Quality & Standards

• Carry out regular quality inspections (on-site + checklist reviews).
• Provide direct and constructive feedback to cleaners.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes and quality standards.
• Escalate recurring issues and propose improvements.

3. Close supervision & people management

• Train new cleaners on the ground.
• Motivate and coach the team on a daily basis.
• Take part in recruitment interviews (with the Manager).
• Handle minor everyday conflicts and people-related situations.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Report key information weekly (issues, satisfaction, hours).
• Work closely with the team.
• Follow the escalation rules defined with the Manager.

Profile required:

• Significant experience in professional cleaning (ideally deep cleaning).
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to earn the respect of colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to manage stress.
• Good communication skills (Danish and/or English essential).
• Driving licence.

Performance indicators :

• Client satisfaction rate / number of complaints
• Adherence to processes and quality of inspections
• Schedule completion rate (billed hours vs planned hours)
• Ability to handle emergencies without unnecessary escalation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 160,00kr. - 180,00kr. per hour
