Operations Supervisor

About the role

Ta Man is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities and services. As Operational Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional service standards that align with government and state-level requirements. This role is based on-site in Badung, Bali, where you will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure all departments function smoothly and efficiently
• Supervise and manage staff performance, conduct training, and address performance concerns in a professional manner
• Monitor compliance with government regulations, state policies, and internal operational procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities, incidents, and staff matters
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure operational goals are met and deadlines are achieved
• Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a hospitality, government, or service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of government regulations, state-level compliance requirements, and health and safety standards applicable to operational management
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management software
