Operations Supervisor

About the role

This is a front desk and administrative position at a Pilates studio. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, managing bookings, memberships, and day-to-day studio operations while supporting instructors and coordinating community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, provide a warm and professional front desk experience
• Assist clients with class bookings, cancellations and schedule inquiries
• Handle daily administrative tasks including check-ins and membership management
• Introduce studio packages and assist with membership or class sales
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lounge
• Coordinate with instructors regarding class schedules and member needs
• Assist with studio events such as Open House and community activities
• Proficient in Canva and basic video editing software

About you

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with members and internal customer service teams
• Interest in fitness / healthy lifestyle
• Some learning or working experience in Pilates preferred
