What they need
* Previous experience as Supervisor/Team Leader is preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experienced in managing and monitoring team performance.
* Familiar with KPI, SOP, scheduling, and operational reporting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
* Manage booth operations and event for Bali Market.
* Willing to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
* Willing to travel between Viufinder locations.
* Having a personal vehicle and driving license is a plus.
* Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and hands-on.
