Job summary: Oversees daily towing operations, ensuring efficient dispatch, fleet readiness, and timely service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end towing operations, including dispatch, driver coordination, and service response, ensuring timely assistance and high customer satisfaction across all service areas.

2. Manage fleet availability and maintenance by implementing preventive maintenance schedules, monitoring vehicle performance, and minimizing downtime to ensure continuous operations.

3. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards by conducting regular audits, incident reviews, and driver training, maintaining a strong focus on operational safety and service reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or towing/transport operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, dispatch systems, and operational compliance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
