  • Time Management: Plan set-ups to avoid disrupting academic periods (e.g. during breaks or lunchtimes)
  • Manage Equipment and Props: Maintain and safely store event equipment, props and seasonal decorations (e.g. Christmas, Diwali, Chinese New Year, Halloween, Proms)
  • Team Readiness: Prepare for last-minute set-up requests, manage unexpected scheduling clashes and photograph completed set-ups for future reference

  • Stock Management: Monitor and restock campus flags, trolleys, poster stands and moving boxes for year-end staff transitions
  • Departmental Deliveries: Co-ordinate weekend deliveries, assist the Purchasing team with overseas shipments and distribute paper supplies to academic departments as required. Assist with general moving and delivery requests from departments across the school

Corporate Compliance and Reporting

  • Contracts and Certification: Support the annual renewal of certificates (e.g. foodstuff establishment) and service contracts (lifts, fire systems, pools, telephony) by liaising with the relevant organisations
