Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our company located here in Binondo Manila. This is a full time position that plays a very important role in insuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store and warehouses. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of service that our customer expect from us.

Key Responsibilities;

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouses and logistics staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing and deliver.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and track inventory levels, organizing stock rotation and maintain accurate records.
• Train, mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and performance management.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments to address issues and meet operational targets.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for the management.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables.

What we are looking for;

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization.
• Very good in problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt changing operational demands.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
