About the role
This is a direct hire supervisory position based in Pagatpat, Cagayan de Oro City. You will supervise and lead daily operations and assigned teams, managing and coordinating employees to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

- Manage and coordinate employees to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity
- Handle operational concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures
- Coordinate with other teams/departments regarding operational needs
- Maintain proper communication and teamwork among employees
About you
- At least graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven track record of managing and leading diverse teams
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Can handle fast-paced and physical work
- Willing to work on-site in Pagatpat, CDO
- Motorcycle and Driver's License – optional
