Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

As our Bilingual Operations Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations for our commercial cleaning franchise and own our quality assurance program. You'll make sure clients get consistent, high-quality service and keep the office running smoothly. You'll also help franchisees launch their own businesses and earn commissions on franchise sales. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, and who likes both people and process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and field operations to keep the business productive and efficient
• Organize schedules, manage workflows and maintain office equipment
• Work with all departments so operations run smoothly
• Track operational performance and report results to the Master Franchise Owner
• Improve processes, procedures and SOPs as the business grows
• Lead the quality assurance program across all client accounts
• Run regular site inspections to confirm cleaning meets Anago standards and client expectations
• Record inspection results and track quality trends over time
• Resolve service issues quickly with franchisees and clients, and put corrective actions in place
• Gather client feedback to keep clients satisfied and coming back
• Help colleagues, franchisees and clients communicate clearly, in both English and Spanish
• Help the Master Franchise Owner build and strengthen client relationships
• Use our CRM (Client Relationship Management) software to manage client interactions and records
• Promote and sell unit franchises to people interested in starting their own commercial cleaning business

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in operations management, office management or a similar role
• Quality assurance, inspection or commercial cleaning experience is a strong plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software; CRM experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation for client site visits

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
