Operations Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution center activities. Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, forklift operation standards, heavy lifting procedures, and other regulatory requirements
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency
• Oversee packaging processes and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS
• Knowledge of supply chain processes including order fulfillment, inventory control, purchasing, and e-commerce logistics
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate forklifts with certification preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within tight deadlines
• Data analysis skills for process improvement initiatives; familiarity with analysis tools is a plus
• Strong team management capabilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering collaboration
• Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing or warehouse environments

Pay: $86,234.53-$98,102.33 per year
