Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Villaroman Golf Academy, ensuring smooth delivery of programs, efficient facility management, and excellent client servicing. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across coaches, staff, and management. The Operations Supervisor acts as the central point of accountability for academy operations, balancing client satisfaction with operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the golf academy, including lesson scheduling, facility readiness, and staff deployment.
• Coordinate with golf coaches, fitness instructors, and support staff to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Oversee maintenance and utility staff for driving range and short‑game facilities.
• Monitor client servicing standards, ensuring students and guests receive professional and consistent support.
• Implement operational policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Track KPIs such as lesson attendance, facility utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare daily operational reports and recommend process improvements to management.
• Support event facilitation, tournaments, and academy programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operations, supervisory, or sports academy management roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; proficiency in scheduling systems and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with golf academy operations, sports facility management, or client servicing.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
