Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily limousine and chauffeur operations
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles, schedules, and daily assignments
• Monitor driver performance and ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer requests, operational issues, and last-minute changes
• Coordinate airport transfers, corporate bookings, VIP services, and daily trips
• Ensure vehicles and drivers meet company and UAE regulatory requirements
• Monitor attendance, duty schedules, and driver availability
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in limousine/chauffeur operations
• Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor / Operations Coordinator in the limousine, chauffeur, or luxury transport industry
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads, locations, and transport operations
• Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules
• Good knowledge of UAE transport regulations is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Candidates should be available in UAE

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
