Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of Laminar Aviation Inc.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Laminar Aviation Inc.

* Ensure efficient coordination between operations, flight, maintenance, and support teams.

* Liaise closely with the Subic team to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational requirements.

* Monitor manpower, schedules, resources, and overall operational workflow.

* Ensure compliance with applicable Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) requirements, Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR), and company procedures.

* Maintain operational records, reports, and required documentation.

* Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.

* Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.

* Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to management.

* Lead and guide team members while maintaining a professional and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

* At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in aviation.

* Experience in aviation operations environment is preferred

* Working knowledge of CAAP regulations and PCAR.

* Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations, particularly Subic.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple operational priorities.

* Strong commitment to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
