Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Operations Supervisor

What are the Roles and Responsibilities

• Propose viable solutions to machine breakdowns and downtimes.
• Optimize machine capabilities, maximize use of manpower and utilities
• Must have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all machine operations
• Manage the implementations of SOPs.
• Always practice and ensure health and safety program implementations.
• Participate in EHS activities, such as EHS committee meetings and activities related to the implementation or investigation of EHS among others.
• Use the provided safeguards and safety devices as instructed and comply with safety instructions and signage in the workplace.
• Observe the prescribed steps for cases of EHS emergencies.
• Report any imminent danger or dangerous occurrence that may be discovered in the workplace to the immediate supervisor or safety officer.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the EHS program and ensure that the work environment is free from hazardous conditions that could cause death, illness, or physical harm
• Prevent or abate disabling injury, imminent danger, or dangerous occurrence.
• Perform other related functions which will be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

What are the Qualifications?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.

• Additional training in electrical maintenance, automation, PLC, or industrial safety is an advantage.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, production operations, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience in food manufacturing, feed milling, agro-industrial, or FMCG operations is an advantage.

• Willing to work in Bagong Ilog Pasig City

• Can start by November 2026
