Operations Supervisor

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and monitor production, manpower, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, inventory, and operating costs.
• Lead, train, and evaluate plant personnel.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address operational concerns.
• Handle client/key account requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
