OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and support personnel. Provide ongoing training and performance feedback.

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including package sorting, route planning, dispatching, and deliveries to ensure efficient workflows.

Ensure the optimization of delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness, leveraging technology and route planning tools.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and internal policies. Conduct safety training and regular safety checks.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational costs to meet company goals.

Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply of packaging materials, and other equipment.

Plan and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for daily operations and peak times.

Troubleshoot operational challenges, including late deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, and personnel shortages.

Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management, including productivity, cost-efficiency, and performance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics, courier, or transportation services.
• Strong understanding of courier operations, route planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Fast-paced environment with occasional need for evening or weekend shifts during peak periods.
• Prepared to work as standby operation team to replace drivers when task cannot be completed.
• Worked with Sing post, Shopee, and other major service providers.
