DHL Supply Chain is seeking experienced Operations Supervisor to support an established warehouse operation at Tangerang. This role will coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure operational targets, customer requirements, and safety standards are achieved consistently.

Your Impact as Operations Supervisor

Daily Warehouse Supervision

• Supervise warehouse associates and daily operational activities
• Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and service targets
• Monitor workflow and resource allocation

Inventory & Process Control

• Ensure inventory accuracy and process compliance
• Support cycle counts and stock investigations
• Monitor adherence to warehouse SOPs

Team Leadership

• Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers
• Coach and support warehouse employees
• Promote employee engagement and teamwork

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Support HSE initiatives and warehouse audits
• Promote a positive safety culture

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management
• Familiarity with WMS systems
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment
