Operations Supervisor

Provide first-level technical support to internal staff by diagnosing and resolving day-to-day operational issues. Accurately troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical incidents while delivering a high-quality customer service experience to both operational and administrative teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists to achieve performance goals
• Drive productivity through continuous performance monitoring and feedback
• Analyze team results and identify actionable insights to improve outcomes
• Ensure payroll accuracy and operational compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams (PE, BI, P&C, IT) to enhance performance
• Support hiring processes and contribute to talent development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Call Center experience
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
