About the Position

Greenscape Services, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Operations Supervisor to help lead our landscape crews and keep daily field operations running smoothly throughout the Treasure Coast.

This role is ideal for an experienced landscape professional who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can organize crews, operate equipment, and resolve problems without constant direction. You will work directly with company leadership and take ownership of getting crews prepared each morning and ensuring quality work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning truck, trailer, and equipment checks before crews leave the yard, including tires, fluid levels, lights, trailer connections, and equipment securement.
• Ensure crews have the tools, materials, fuel, and supplies needed for their scheduled work.
• Monitor supply inventory, keep storage areas organized, and coordinate purchasing and restocking.
• Coordinate daily crew assignments, routes, and schedules; adjust for callouts, weather, and urgent service needs.
• Supervise and support foremen and crew members, maintaining clear expectations for productivity, workmanship, and professionalism.
• Inspect properties and completed work, identify missed items, and follow through on corrections.
• Operate commercial mowers, skid steers, trimmers, blowers, and other company equipment as needed.
• Safely load, unload, and transport equipment using company trucks and trailers.
• Coordinate routine equipment maintenance and repairs; report problems promptly.
• Communicate professionally with clients and property managers and follow through on service requests.
• Monitor crew hours and job progress to help keep work on schedule and control overtime.
• Train employees on safe work practices, proper equipment operation, and company standards.
• Provide company leadership with clear updates on progress, outstanding issues, and upcoming needs.
• Assist crews in the field when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial landscaping experience with crew leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of mowing, pruning, landscape maintenance, and commercial equipment operation.
• Experience driving trucks, towing trailers, and safely handling equipment.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews, prioritize tasks, and follow through independently.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather and traveling between local properties.
• Ability to use a smartphone for schedules, job photos, messages, and work updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Irrigation experience, including identifying leaks, troubleshooting systems, and repairing heads, nozzles, valves, or controllers.
• Skid steer operating experience.
• HOA and commercial property maintenance experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
