Operations Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor to support our team’s daily work and help us serve our customers. You’ll coordinate tasks, monitor progress, support team members, and work with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and help the team meet service and performance targets.
• Support our customers and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Guide, coach, and encourage team members, including helping new staff get up to speed.
• Track work progress and basic performance measures, and share updates with your manager.
• Help organize promotions and other team activities.
• Identify workflow issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate work and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Follow company procedures and help ensure the team works in line with relevant policies.

What You'll Bring

• Chinese proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience in team coordination, or a related role.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to support and motivate a team.
• Comfortable using common workplace software.
• Experience with promotions or marketing is an advantage, but not required.
