Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehousing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, effective manpower utilization, and compliance with established safety, quality, and operational standards while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory handling, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities
• Lead and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure efficient manpower deployment, operational productivity, and achievement of performance targets
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, stock reconciliation, and proper inventory documentation
• Oversee the effective utilization and maintenance of warehouse facilities, equipment, and operational resources
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety procedures, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other applicable quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to address operational concerns and ensure service requirements are met
• Monitor and optimize the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other operational tools
• Review operational and financial reports, including revenue, process costs, and profitability, to support operational efficiency
• Conduct regular personnel performance assessments, provide feedback, and support team development

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role handling end-to-end operations
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or contract logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple operational priorities and/or clients
• Willing to work onsite
