Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team based in San Simon, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering exceptional logistics services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular stock counts and system audits
• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, conducting regular safety briefings and incident reporting
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, accuracy rates and labor productivity
• Liaise with customers, logistics partners and internal departments to resolve operational issues
• Train staff on warehouse systems, equipment operation and best practices
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management systems and distribution processes
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related logistics software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required
• Relevant certifications such as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or forklift operation are advantageous
